沙龙主题讲座：语料库简介与语料库技术在教学科研中的运用

【讲座人简介】蒯振华，外国语学院外语系教师，讲师，1997年上海对外贸易学院进修，2011-2012年北京外国语大学英语学院访问学者。主要学术研究方向为语用学、语料库语言学、商务英语研究，主授课程包括英语语言学、语言案例赏析、高级英语、商务英语、外贸函电、课外阅读实训等。主持和参与校省级课题近10项。独立建成“儒林外史汉英平行语料库”，参与“红楼梦汉英平行语料库”（杨译本和霍译本）建设。
【讲座摘要】A brief introduction to corpus is concerned with the major types of corpus, newly-built corpora in China and widely-used online corpora, basic knowledge of corpus and the application of corpus in language study and teaching. The types of corpus include general corpus, specialized corpus, native speaker’scorpus, learner corpus, etc. Basic knowledge of corpus such as text, annotation, token and type, concordance will be discussed. Driven by corpus software such as AntConc and Range, corpus can be applied in the following aspects: the making of word list, the retrival of concordances and a corpus-based study of the use of words in a text.
